Dental Implants are screw type device generally made up of titanium
alloy, They are placed in the bone which requires surgical skills. After
that we fix crowns or bridges over them to replace the missing tooth
or teeth or entire dentition. Cost of Dental Implant procedure in Nagpur generally ranges from Rs
20,000 – Rs 40,000 per Implant.

Cost of Dental Implants depends upon the following factors

1)  The Implant system and Implant Company – Some Implant Companies have
global presence and have good Research and Development team. These
Implant companies continuously work for refinement of their implant
system. Some best Implant systems are  Stramann, Nobel Biocare, Zimmer
etc. We use Active Implants to immediately place crown over it which are
costlier. So the cost of Dental Implant depends upon the Implant system
and the type of Implant company.


2) If we perform additional surgical procedure like bone grafting, sinus
lift procedure, ridge split etc. then the cost of the procedure is
added.


3) The type of dental crown or bridge we use-  screw retained crown or bridge are costlier than cement retained. Cement retained long span bridges are technically difficult so we have to go for screw retained bridges. Also screw retained crowns are more hygienic and can be easily retrieved in future is any other procedure is required


4) As the number of Dental Implants increase the cost of dental implant
procedure also increase. Also as the number of crowns we replace between
the Implants increase cost of dental Implant increases.

“All on 4” Implant system which is used to restore entire teeth set
might price around Rs. 1,50,000 to Rs 2,00,000 per arch ( Upper or Lower)


Similarly “All on 6” Implant System which will have more number of
teeth will cost around RS 2,00,000 to Rs 2,50,000 Material of Dental
Crown – Zirconia crowns are costlier
